My name is Natalie Bouma and I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Active Aging Specialist, Fascia Movement and Assessment Specialist, and BSc. in Human Kinetics.
When I began training regularly and took charge of my health, I was amazed by not only the relief from muscle tension and increased freedom of movement but also my mind shift away from negative thought patterns toward lifelong growth.
Watching my coworkers, parents, grand parents etc. bent forward with persistent pain and stiffness inspired me to help people to find relief by taking control of their motion. Through my Mindful Movement coaching , both in person and online, I help people to optimize their health.

In my mindful movement programs I guide you through a personalized exercise program and show you how to not only gain strength and flexibility but also optimize your brain’s attention on the movements of your body and breathing. Having increased day to day awareness of your body’s movement and breathing will increase your physical independence/ ability to move, reduce your fall risk and minimize pain from repetitive strain, arthritis and more, giving you the freedom to live an active independent lifestyle.
